Fix Windows 7 Update Error 80072EFE.
Download and run update KB3138612, select the correct architecture.
- Windows 7 64-bit --> Windows6.1-KB3138612-x64.msu
- Windows 7 32-bit --> Windows6.1-KB3138612-x86.msu
After installed & restart computer, Windows Update will be able to run without any error.
